That certainly was French! Bravo! Perhaps you might want to consider reading a French book or two before you leave. Books in a foreign language are wonderful to help improve your sense of grammar and vocabulary.

niah, thanks ... reading english books is enough for me i never really LIKED french in the first place. I own two italian books too and suffered my way through them.... and I used to like Italian

I just remembered something I wanted to tell you... It is about "Headlock". I did some doodling at work today while I was supposedly busy with re-reading a deed I had just drawn up. I might have an idea as to how I am going to "organize" the story...

the thing is, I forget so quickly. It's just horrible. I had french for 5 years at school and DAMN DAMN DAMN I don't remember that much.

the thing is, I forget so quickly. It's just horrible. I had french for 5 years at school and DAMN DAMN DAMN I don't remember that much.

This is why I am glad that every once in a while I get a French phonecall at work. Keeps the language fresh in my head!

mary, you know regarding german I really had NO CHOICE at all, lol

english and french were mandatory.... the only thing I reall chose was italian

same goes for me regarding italian. today a woman from italy called, complaining that we still need to pay the invoice blabla.... I argued for some time with her until she suddenly realised she'd dialled the wrong number and wanted a different company in our town

niah, something similar happened before. the other company has nearly the same phone number than me...

i mean as our company + my extension
