I took it as Booth is annoyed. Especially with Brennan's comment about him being past his prime and his disks are degenerating (which at 1st made me LMAO)
Typical CopBooth! Brennan is flirting with the boys and the cougars are all after Sweets, while Booth is there to do his job.
It's hard to tell if Hannah is still in the picture or not-but it seems to me when Brennan made that comment-it would have been the perfect time for him to throw Hannah at her.

I get the vibe that is episode will be somewhat of a crossroads for Booth. There were 3 different times where age was brought up-once with Brennan, once in the interrogation room, and once with the cougar lady. Booth might start to really think-is Hannah the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with (If she's still in the picture) Or what can he do to get Brennan back. He has to figure it out before he needs a walker and viagra...

I wonder when when the hell going to have a "change of heart" about Booth?...because SN and ED keep sayin stuff like "she will no doubt regret her decision" and "she's torn between loving him and wanting to be happy." Sides are only 10 out of 60 pages, so we really don't what is going on...but I do think it's perfectly fine for to check some guy put after seeing Booth makeout with Hannah.

I'm sure Booth will be a little jealous. I mean he always gets jealous/protective when Brennan is flirting with other guys ands says stuff like, "i'll shoot you between the eyes." so my imagine he might be a little jealous...and also it's interesting that when Brennan might a comment about him being past his prime, he didn't bring up Hannah...because I would expect him to bring up her up and be like, "I have a hot girlfriend."

I think Brennan has already had her change of heart. I have no doubt that she regretted turning him in the 100th. I believe if Hannah weren't in the picture, she would have made her feelings known when they came back. However, Brennan wants Booth to be happy, and she doesn't want to lose him as a partner, so she's playing the part of the supportive friend. Brennan likely won't show her jealousy, but I bet we wil see her facade falter a little each episode. I think they have pushed the Brenna -centric episode back to fall in line with the Hannah exit. Things between Booth and Hannah will start to go downhill, and Brennan will ealize that she doesn't want to die alone and unloved, and she will start to fight for Booth.
Of course, it won't go down like this because it would lead to them bein together, and that simply just won't happen anytime soon.
I actually read a decent fanfic about hownafter Hannah is gone B&B get closer but when he makes a move on her, she calls him a hypocrite-how can he love Brennan, and then forget about that, get engaged to Hanah, and then when that doesn't work out, go back to Brennan. She wants him of course but she's also guarded and needs him to prove his love.
I actually wouldn't mind seeing something like that play out....

Some posters have stated that Booth's GF looks too young for him. They have indicated that she looks young enough to be his daughter and he shouldn't hook up with her. I disagree with that, but that's me. What I find interesting though, is now Brennan is going to try to hook up with a boy toy and possibly fornicate with him, but that's OKAY. What happened about being too young or does that only apply to Booth. Some posters(only a few,myself included) wanted to see a visibly jealous Brennan, but it seems from what I read she isn't going to be and that Booth is the who is going to be jealous. Same old Same old, been there done that. LOL!!!

So many people (especially the Booth fans) want to see Brennan be jealous and watch her go over to Booth’s apartment, wearing nothing but a trench coat…But that’s not going to happen. From looking at it in Brennan’s perspective: She’s going to see that he’s apparently so happy and in love with Hannah, so she’s not going to think that he’s in love her, that he wants her, but that he clearly wants Hannah…So why would she go after Booth if she thinks that he’s so happy and in love with someone else? If she truly loves him-she wouldn’t want to put a burden on his new relationship. She would want him to be happy, even if he’s with someone else. She’s NOT going to pursue him or even tell him…she would most likely run back to Maluku because that’s what she does in emotional situations that she can’t handle. Edit: I have started to see a change in Brennan. In the most recent promo, she starts flirting with Booth, but he doesn't even react...and in the extend Booth/Hannah kiss, her expression says it all. Crying or Very sad

And when she and Booth finally get together, I wouldn’t surprise if she keeps wondering, “did he really love Hannah?” When he gives his “I don’t Hannah, I love you speech,” she’s not going to believe that he’s in love with her. He’s going to have to some pursuing and prove to her that she’s his one true love forever.

Exactly, and here lies my biggest issue with this storyline. As for Booth not being OK with Brennan flirting with someone, that just annoys me more than anything! Its not endearing at all. NO Booth, you have a stacked blonde journalist living with you with benefits. Go and show her your machismo.

Sorry for the bad mood. I woke up and watched that itunes video, and my head exploded. No Bones for me until Christmas.

I don’t mean to be overly optimistic, but there is a chance that our Boothy boy might not have girlfriend in episode 6. IDK I just thought it was odd when Brennan said he was passed his prime, he didn’t mention Hannah like, "I have a hot girlfriend"...and when the lady said something about him, he stands straight up…and in the sides for episode 5, he seems kinda bitter when he says, “she has her story to work on.” Trouble in paradise? *I’m challenging my inner-Angela* Maybe wishful thinking, but all we heard is rumors that she would be around for 5-6 episodes, but we don’t know if that’s how many episodes she is scheduled for or is that how long the arch will last. Does that makes sense? Booth could still be with Hannah, but we might not physically see her. Hart flat out said that Catherine would be a “recurring character,” but she was only in 3 scenes.

I applaud your optimism sweetie. But I myself am just not feeling it today. I just took Booth not mentioning Hannah as keeping his personal life (and any issues he MAY be having) to himself. I doubt he'd share any problems they may be having, with Brennan, especailly since he was happy about moving on and 'making her jealous'. (IF that is the case)

Wow.. ummm yeah. I agree with Evil Monkey... I'm not sure where you got the idea that Brennan was going to "fornicate" with anyone. The point of that scene was not that Brennan was going to hook up with anyone it was to highlight how uncomfortable Booth was with the older woman/ younger man scenario. Also we have NO idea what's going on with the B/H or B/B relationships here, so let's not jump to conclusions based on information that we have speculated or created in our minds.

I do however agree with you that I don't think Hannah is too young for Booth, I personally think it's great that KW looks so good for her age, I'd never believe she was older than me, but she is, and since Hannah is meant to be an established professional I would guess the character is not supposed to be very young.

I don't think I've ever read a post of your treble21 that I don't agree with every part of your statements. Just saying
