It's mixed with some other things nut just nuts. And there is really nothing that is not fattening these days; can't eat fruit or juice or milk.
NOTHING!!!! the only thing you can do is try not to eat too many calories so that when you exercise you burn more than your intake.
Hence why I can't eat a doughnut because that would mean that when I work out today instead of loosing the weight I already have I would be burning the one I could've put on.

Make sure its just regular trail mix, and not tropical with a bunch of pineapple and banana and swweet stuff like that in it.
My wife even picks out a lot of the raisins in the trail mix, because she doesn't like them so much, and she claims makes the trail mix to sweet.

My neighbors have a dog and he only eats left shoes.....it's really funny.....you can see that most of their left shoes have his toothmarks on it

Maybe, but high in energy, and low in sugar. My wife only takes a handfull or three with her. Trail mix is unsalted, which helps to, and nuts have a lot less fat in them than a donut!! ^^

I wouldn't buy a bag of it (again I have a self-control problem) so instead I am thinking that a box of 6 little bags will do.
I've seen one that has the raising with them. I eat raisins once in a while; those are dried grapes and grapes are full of sugar.

Our old dog only chewed up one persons shoes and that was because she kicked her for no reason. She never touched no one elses shoes ever.
