mine are at the point that they resomened that I wear a mask outside during the spring and summer and in basements and other moldy places but I don't want to go that far yet I can deal with it now that my asthma is under control only when I am already dealing with a lung problem it gets really bad and I have to wear the masks

my mom has asthma too she started taking the homeopathic meds in the early winter a few years ago and it wasn't to bad in the next year but she had to take some meds from time to time but now she only takes the hoeopathic meds and it's better then ever....

yea my problem with the homeopathic meds is that I have some food sensitivity's so I have be careful what pills I take

you have a lot of things to be careful about.....I don't think I could remember all these things.....my mom can't eat apples and nuts together.....or berries and I forget what it was that she can't eat with them....

yea because I am allergic to latex there are several fruits that can cause problems

I don't notice how much I deal with as I do it everyday until I have to explain it to someone I always feel so bad for the nurses who have to take my history the first time I go to a new doctors

I have the feeling that the coffee isn't working today.....I had 8 cups already.....and not the small ones....

I think most of the nurses never hear anything about privacy.....not everyone in the town needs to know about someones medical problems....
I don't go to doctors.....don't like them....

I don't srink enough on a normal day......only if coffee would count....but some people say that you even have to drink one glass of water for every coffee you drank......if that is right I drank about -2 glasses of water today
