Well I can say I'm happy that it's not that hot here but it would be nice if it was a little bit warmer. Haha the kids might be organising a rebellion lol.

itn't it awful well tomorrow I have to go to the basement of the hospital to get a special ultrasound so they can see if if they can see the rip in the muscle seems because I don't have alot of fat it makes definition between the muscles hard to see and I am not gaining weight just so they can take a peek !

Hey, I listen!!I do a lot of what you describe poly. Whole grains, not much prepaired food, not much junk food. (only on th occasional movie night) One of my fav breakfasts is a whole grain, cooked cereal. I get regular exercise, why, I'm fit as a ....*arrrgh* *THUD*

Oddly enough my sister doesn't yell, given her shor fuse I figured she would be she doesn't she just kinda sighs and says oh well. Kinda makes me feel bad for not helping her sometimes. Dang sister guilt trip lol.
