:-( I'm sorry turi... yeah, I know how that goes. At my last job, before I left to go back to school... I was afraid of my boss (she was a woman) but she could get in moods and get upset for nothing. And I hand things in to her one day and have them be perfect, and then the next day she'd have changed her mind and wanted everything completely different. drove me crazy! By the end, I was avoiding her more often than not ;-)

yea I don't like big to-do's either something always goes wrong and people get upset better just to do small things and not make a big deal people are happier
