FIND A FAN CAMPAIGN

My best friend doesn't have an account here, but I think she deserves credit... she was the one who got ME into Bones!
Or rather, I watched the pilot before she got into it and didn't like it, but she started watching and said it got tons better and urged me to give it another try. And you know what? The best friend is ALWAYS right!

a friend of mine on facebook noticed my Bones enthusiasm (hard to miss it!), and said she is going to give it a 2nd chance, she didn't like the season 1 premiere.

ok so i had a bbq the other night...and my mums bf's sisters husband and i were like talking about Bones all night...cannibals are prob not the best topic while cooking meat...lol

^^That's a mouthful all in itself! Your story made me think of the movie "Fried Green Tomatoes"!!

Now I have a fan to report: my nephew. He's wearing me out watching these. In just a few days we've made it all the way through Season 1.

Friday night he had a 7th grade dance, and on the way home we're talking about it. He says that he used his line "Hey, what about you and me: movie?" and I-Forget-Her-Name says "Sure!" So I start asking him about her and he says she makes straight A's, then he calls her a pretty nerd! I can't help but think that Booth is already having a positive effect on him!

I recruited WhenInRome, you can ask her... she had no idea what bones was (gasp) but I enlightened her and now she is a devoted shipper like moi.!!! Yay for happy endings! I also got my mom, brother, and Grandmother (!) hooked as well... so... go me!

I got one of my classmates to start watching it! My other classmate and friend watched it and we would always talk about it on breaks/lunch and so our other friend decided to see what the fuss was about. So she's in the 3rd season I think.

I need to count up these new ones and get that score updated!

2 friends brought into the light!!

I converted both of my parents. My dad used to proclaim "I hate the show, I can't stand her," but I'd ALWAYS catch him watching it! I'd call him out, and he'd say "I'm only watching it because there's nothing else on." Now, everytime I go home to visit he wants to talk all about the episodes and which characters he loves the most. He went kicking and screaming, but we got him! [[/i]

I got my other sister! Found out yesterday. Both of them actually complained about me on Facebook, but as I told sister #2, it's a fair trade, since she hooked me into Fringe. My brother in law likes it, too, but only watches if he finds it while flipping channels or K's watching (would that make him half a fan?)

I got my friend into it too usuallu when I talk about something all the time, it turns people off. Bones seems to work in the opposite way

There was a guy at the bookstore today who had just started watching. (Came up because I was ordering the 2nd companion book with some of my Christmas money) Fairly up with this season and the end of S4, still learning who's who. He said he liked EitB, and that's what got him interested in the show altogether--so never say there was no good out of that one, you naysayers! *cough Rob cough*

I told him about this site and he may show up. Always nice to talk to someone face to face about the show.

Hey, if it brings a fan into the fold I'm all for it. It's probably the only good thing to come out of that miserable episode.

On the plus side I've got my favorite niece hooked now, so it's just a matter of time before her sisters join us.

Ok i think i finally did it!
I bought my best friend over to the dark side!
She's not a raging fanatic, but after a lengthy debate with her over how much better off the show is that they didnt just put B&B together in S1, she is slowly coming around!
I'll have made her into a hectic fan by the end of the year!

I just wanted to confirm that I have created a new fan! Since I started watching the show last May I have talked about it incessantly... and my friend Cheryl admitted to "watching that Bones show you've been talking about on TNT daily"

It's only a matter of time before I get her on here talking about it!

my two best friends at uni are now half way through season four in about 3 weeks!!!! SO AWESOME!! I HAVE RL PEOPLE TO SQUEE WITH TOO!!!!!!

Also other people on my floor in halls are starting to watch as we three have been spending so much time holed up in my mates room watching!!!

I knew it had been a long time since I did the last tally in here, but I had no idea it had been that long!

My friend has fianlly been converted, thought not a complete addict ... yet (its bound to happen)

Mind you I did have to admit i thought justin bieber was vaguely attrcative before she watched a few episodes...

Just wanted to give a shout out and let you all know. We have a new Bones fan its my brother Jason. He has started watching my DVD's.

Now we're sitting at 262, which if you will look, you will see that I HAVE updated. Finally.

My Social Studies teacher is a huge fan of Bones. I quite like my S.S. teacher now....

Also, I got one of my friends to join the ABY. And I introduced my friend's foreign exchange student (from Vietnam) to Bones. She quite likes Bones too.

I totally converted my best friend, Tamara. Of course I also ended up buying her the first three seasons because I could not bear to loan mine out. She's converting her daughter.
