Great to be a part of this board, lots of awesome people here.

I turned my eldest niece and nephew into Bones fans. My niece is only 6 and she asks me to put them on her ipod so she can watch them whenever. It's so cute

I think I've converted my mum Everytime I go to watch Bones she yells "Wait, no!!! WAIT FOR MEEEEEEE!" And when its on (woot, starting again properly, not reruns) she generally reminds me 150 times to tape it

I tell every coworkers about Bones. I've got a couple to start watching. They aren't hooked yet but they do enjoy it.

I also talk about it a lot on a board I'm on that has nothing to do with Bones. I think at least 3 people there have started to watch the show and rank it their favorites.

So yay! I have fun converting people. Next up is getting the boyfriend to watch when I go out to visit him next month. He even said - bring your dvds and we can watch. So yay!

My friend who has the locker a few down from me hears me doing the post Bones rundown with a bunch of my other friends one day and goes "oh, hey, I caught the episode last night and that show you've been obsessed with and blabbing about for the past year and a half? Yeah, it's actually good and I want to start watching it." So now I'm lending her my S1 DVDs. She's going to have hip surgery in a couple of weeks and she can't come back to school for the rest of the year, so she'll probably have a chance to be all caught up. *is freakishly optimistic*

I got 9 of my friends and teachers to watch Bones! I even got 1 to join the ABY!

Wow, this thread hasn't been posted in for a while.

Anyway, after my ranting before (and after) the S4 finale, my friend literally tore through S1-S3 in a matter of weeks. She's pretty caught up on last season now, too.

I sucked in my cousin into the show with my own fanfic (how's that for sneaky?) and I have mentioned this site to her; but she's working for her Master's so, in her own sweet time. She watches it with her boyfriend, so a twofer? She agrees that what she's seen of S4 stunk, but we haven't had a chance to really hash out favorite parts. But she did mention they couldn't watch all of Double Death...

Also partially hooked my younger sister, who isn't all that pleased with me...but completely appreciated Hodgins as Capt of the Titanic. And her boyfriend thinks Brennan is hot.

I think I've done my duty here... *folds arms and sits back comfortably*

i love Bones and ive got my mum watching it with me too.
and today i also just about talked the ear off this poor sub teacher we had for pe. he asked me if i did drama and i was like yep then he was like what else u interested in and i said anthropology so then i started about Bones and he said he will have to have a look cause it sounds good.....

Well, I went through and counted the best I could, and the banner is updated. We definitely made the 200 goal that willi had set for us. I think that if we hustled we could get it up to 250 by the premiere!

(a bit of trivia ... this is the first thread that I ever posted in on theABY. I never found the Newbie Intro thread, so I reported in as a fan.)

I got a friend to watch it and she's made it through seasons 1-3 and i think she's catching up on 4 right now.

I think I am the find a fan.... I just started watching last year. But I have also got both my aunts to start watching and my brother is only a matter of time!

I've forced my mom, brother and sister to watch it now for the past year because the T.V is mine on thursday nights, so they were'nt real fans. My mom did'nt really like the show because of Brennan's character so I showed her some Emily Deschanel interviews on youtube and now she's warming to the show because Brennan's played by Emily whom she really likes now Now she's a fan :D

My brother asks me alot of questions about it now too when it's on.........

Haha, no it didn't! Though I can't imagine it was too difficult...I believe G told me she loves Angel and thinks DB is the hottest man alive...lol.

yeah ive claimed another two people- one being my bf's housemate and a guy ive worked with for a while now YAY!!!! corrupting the world one person at a time oh and i forgot my parents theyre into bones now too
