He is actually supposed to be coming back pretty quickly, and Sanford went down with a groin injury too, so they picked up Jason LaBarbara(or something like that) but he was stand on his head fantastic for the first couple of games, but now, not so much! They've played like shit lately!!

well he started off really well...then kinda went a little not so great...but when you aren't getting support from the guys in front of you, you can only do so much. I think it would be a more fair assessment if the Sens can start playing well more consistently to get the confidence going and perhaps a change in the goal tending can be seen?????? I have no idea. Brian Elliot has been doing pretty well though.
The Sens are on a 2 game winning "streak", just beat Atl 3-2....man what an empty arena in Atl.

I LOVED Alex when he played for the Canucks, my hubby, not so much, but I thought he was poised and positioned himself well, the only knock I had on him was his rebounds!! He didn't have the best rebound control, but you're right about the guys in front of him. The goalie is the last stop, but he shouldn't be the only stop!

Auld is a pretty big guy too, so he does cover a good chunk of the net...yeah the rebounds are a little scary...

He is a big guy, he's well over six feet I think. If he could just learn rebound control he would be a brilliant goalie. I totally think he's cute too!!
