Season Finale Questions Empty Season Finale Questions

I read some of the sides from the season finale episode and questions galore. Caroline's comment about going way for a year (I am paraphrasing).....what is that all about, why a year. Is Booth going to do special training for the Army. Why is Daisy leaving. When I read the sides, I don't know if they were in order and some looked like duplicates.

Brennan and Daisy are supposed to leave to go to Malaysia (?) on a dig and it's supposed to last a year.

Booth gets an offer to go train Rangers, but in the same scene he declines ( there is speculation that he reconsiders).
