I loved Tennant as well, and believe me, Matt Smith is just as good. The new new Who (it's like New Earth now!) is bloody awesome. The Doctor is definitely in safe hands. Safe, terrifying, hands.
I am really glad to hear that. There is always so much hate on the new guy. Everyone seems to like this guy. I can't wait to see it.

I think that's a bit traditional when it comes to the Doctor. My mum said she hated John Pertwee at first Laughing

Apparently he wasn't The *proper* Doctor. It is hard, I still find myself going "ooh Ten would've done that differently" just because they are the same character, even though they can be so different.

Eleven really is brilliant though. He is The Doctor. Amy is also a bloody awesome companion! I hope she hangs around.

So true! I doubt any other show in the world could change lead actor eleven times in 46 years and still have so so many fans. It still scares me at times, I'm 19! The episode, Blink, terrified me so much that I hid in a corner under a blanket Embarassed
