Five! I got it all when I was about eleven! And it was all told in a book bought from from the religious bookshop. All about being a very very good little girl. It definitely did not advocate kissing boys behind the school shed.

I mostly remember it focusing on respect. Respect for self, friends, parents, for self in a relationship witha boy, respect for property. All that kind of stuff. And resisting peer pressure. And of course interweaving the facts of life into it all...
