thanks Magic; sometimes I do have a smart answer for them but sometimes I don't it depends at what time of the day they 'tell' me those things.

My hair is un-tameable (sp?) ironning and blow drying take WAY too much time and effort; half of the time is just ponytail and out the door.

sometimes its worth making the effort...and its surprising what a new look to your hair or clothes can make you feel and boost your self esteem...and think about the look on their faces when they see you will gorgeous hair....and blow drying is the worst thing you can do....you will end up looking like a pom pom...when you have some cash invest in a pair of decent straighteners like GHD's and some hair serum....if you straighten your hair the night before at home..providing you get decent straighteners..it will still be fairly straight in the morning and therefore will take only 10 min to run them back over it...

OH Magic I am just TOOO lazy to do that! besides the friggin humidity in this state makes the whole 45 min. spent in front of the mirror worthless! I did try a couple of months ago with an OLD iron (I think by using the word OLD you know what happened right?) so I had to get a hair cut not that that short is just on my shoulders right now.

Well, keep in mind the college cafe is vegetarian... they had fake chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans, gravey, and some off pasta stuff that didn't really fit the rest of the meal... good for the most part

well how about having it thinned out a little...and i suspect that it isn't so much as laziness but such a low self esteem that you dont think you can look good or you have lost some pride in your appearance and have given up...its hard to get that back but you should try...i wouldn't leave the house without straightening my hair..make up on and clothes i feel i look as good as i could in..whether im going somewhere nice or just popping to the shop..i feel its worth the effort...waking up feeling like the ugly duckling and leaving the house feeling like a swan...

HMMMM they should try to make more meal with grains and veggies and don't use the 'fake'-meats too much ; they can ruin the dish!

I know I am BAD last time i put some concealer and mascara one was for my friend's 5 year old b-day party!
You are probably right on everything that you wrote; but I just..... I dunno why I don't do these things; I used to put at least a bit of make up and such but gradually I stopped.
I shall take all you have said into consideration and see what I can do about it.
