A bit more...gutten morgen, heute, ich liebe dich, gutten appetit, etc. English helps a lot. We also sing quite a lot in German, so reading your language is pretty easy for me.

we pronounce most things like it is written anyway....if you know how the letters sound in german you can build the words rather easily

Well, today is a bit better. I had to submit it first yesterday morning and I had had only a 3-hour sleep before that. Then last night and this morning I had to do some alterations and hand it in again, now to the Head of Department! lol Again didn't sleep a lot last night. But...don't really wanna complain. I'm happy I have finally done something towards my graduation.

Oh, turi! I forgot your q about my dad! Sorry. Well, he seems to be doing well. Still having some problems after such a surgery but otherwise he is feeling fine. Fingers crossed. Thanks for asking.

that's what i loved about german in school... i kinda understood how to pronouce it while everyone else just sounded like there was something stuck in their throat or just spoke with an english accent...

same with french... but that's cos my mum used to speak it to me when i was little so i think it's stored somewhere random in my brain...

but I am just not good with languages, I was always better in maths or science
so I decided to concentrate on english for a while now....I think I'll do a class at uni next year....shouldn't be too hard for me

but if the test you have to do to figure out the level you can apply to, I guess it would be very easy for me
