No it doesn't and unfortunately Cass this has nothing to do with IT but tech's that work on the internet lines.
If they charge me I am closing the account there is no question about it; I haven't had ANYTHING happened in the apartment or around the outlet for the internet connection. It isn't my fault!

I guess I just have to wait now.

I will too; especially since I am used to having it. But there is no way I am paying that and keep the service; so that down the road I have the same problem and I have to pay again?

we've had our share of trouble, but I have to say my internet company is very good about coming out and checking on problems, and i've never been charged for anything. . Inside stuff I've taken care of myself. Routers and extra lines etc. .
We had Modem trouble, and they came and replaced that no problem.

I am hoping they don't charge me they didn't the last time; so as I said I am waiting Neutral

and the modem they sent me goes back because that doesn't seem to be the problem

they shouldn't charge you turi! isn't there a number you can call and explain to them all the different things they've tried to fix it and explain that this is a last resort and that there is no way that it can be your fault!

also if you mention that you are going to close your account i'm sure they'll become more receptive to the idea of not charging you!

if all else fails.... yell at them.... loudly!!
