I am pretty sure I am missing something; but forgive me if I do since I am still processing all of this.

So while there were some cars passing by on one side of the street and the line getting longer on the other side I noticed about 20 min. in my ‘wait’ time that this car that had passed by before seemed to be turning into the back street and coming around again; at first I thought that it was trying to see if the traffic moved on the other side so it could get in line; but to my surprise it slowed down about 8 feet from me (on the 3rd time it passed by) and came to a dead stop by where I was standing; THAT can only mean trouble. **sighs**

So the guy rolls down the window and starts asking me if I want a ride and where I was going and some other things that I was NOT in the mood to answer OR listen to since I was aggravated that the freaking bus hadn’t arrived.
I don’t know if I do right or wrong on ignoring them but at least that is what I try to do at first; and of course it doesn’t work and at this point I am actually getting freaked out because the back windows on the car were tinted and I had NO idea if there were any more people in the back of the car.
I was praying for either another call pulled up behind him and started honking BUT since it was a 2 lane side heading south the few cars that were going by (due to the accident in the corner) were going around him.
At this point he is just staring at me; probably wondering if I speak English; so he decided to ‘speak’ spanish UGH! so FORTUNATELY at that moment a cop car passed by probably to go to the where the ambulances were and he took one look at it and rolled the window up and left.

Because of the delay and what not I got home at 7PM; I was tired and shaken and hating the world at that moment; when I am in the kitchen and I start smelling burnt rubber.
At first I don’t pay too much attention to it but I was going to make lunch for today and I opened the freezer to take the meat out and when I do this cloud of black smoke comes out of it and because of my position in front of me I inhaled it all; needless to say a coughing fit started and my eyes and all that jazz.
I TEND to not freak out on this things so I closed the little door and stepped back and saw little orange sparks coming from the back of the refrigerator; and since the fuse box is about a foot and a half away from it I stepped back and started clicking all of them off. Now the apartment was black with smoke in the kitchen; I opened the little window and saw that the sparks were gone but the smoke was still coming out. Now I don’t know what exactly happened because when I turned all the fuses off there seems to be a little leak or something of water go to the bottom of the refrigerator (which happens often since I have to dry the floor there from time to time) so I don’t know if that put the little fire out.
But I went to open the door and stepped outside for a little bit.
After a few minutes of trying to collect myself I go back inside and there is still a midst of smoke but not bad so I decide to open the freezer again and see that the inside of it is ALL BLACK and so is the bottom part of it.

I lost all of my food; we supposedly have an ‘emergency’ number to call for emergency issues and I did; about half an hour later a guy shows up looks at the refrigerator says WHOA! and then tells me he will call the manager and they will ‘take care of it’ tomorrow – today –
It’s 12:21PM right now there hasn’t been a new refurbished refrigerator delivered yet.
