THANKS SO MCUH SANY!! I really believe is that this thing is just old or something and who knows how many problems it had before I got it and then had it infected by a virus; I should just get used to the quirks I guess.

Thankfully I don't have my whole library itunes in this computer because that would probably make thigns worse; I have a 2GB ipod nano first generation and it's more than half full.
I had the common sense not to fill it all up with that music. I may use it just for charging the thing; I am even not sure about that just beause it may slow everything down
