yep, I did.. after less than two weeks in our vacation... at the glen canyon dam (lake powell)... I tried to step over one of those separating concrete thingies.... yay me

but I managed to get my ankle to behave most of the time.... I drugged myself with pain killers and cooled it frequently... and I had my good ole voltaren-gel from home.... works wonders.... but it doesn't ensure a ligament heals the way it should.... just numbs the pain

The brace should help you though, so hopefully *fingers crossed* it heals right and you won't be in any more pain.

You are so lucky!! I wish we had some cooler weather over here; we've had the temps drop a couple of degrees but nothing major yet!!! I don't do well during the summer; winter is my fave because you get to layer up and hide the fat (in my case) lol

and I'm not really that much in pain.... it hurts more now with the brace then before, but only because now I hold my foot as I should to make sure the ligament heals correctly... it's not a big thing, really.... I just like to whine

LOL ay Toz!! I don't!! because as Poly pointed out FL doesn't have set weather seasons; it's just a mix of everything all year round; except cool temperatures those we do get starting Nov - April? but we call cold temps in the 60's

well, here in austria it's not yet REALLY cold... but our usual autumn-weather has started... which means fog in the morning, temperature about 5-15° C and rain at least every second day.

You must have the same range as us then. Come to think of it I think we're on the same line so that would make sense.
