And hey, niah! I don't think I've say hi before but yep, I was around on ffn when you were still posting. (You're not anymore? )
Yes, I thought your name sounded familiar!
No, sadly enough I am not anymore. Thanks to my job I have hardly any time left for some serious fanfiction writing. Plus, I have sort of screwed up with my last beta so I am not exactly anxious to find a new one (afraid to screw it up again, you see). Besides, jackass grammar and spelling freaks are hard to find! And last but not least, I have missed most of the third Bones season so my stories wouldn't make much sense. They'd be hopelessly outdated...

Well that sucks. I sympathise with the time issues - oneshots or drabbles help with that a little though as they don't require too much planning or updates... And most of my s3 watching was done online - there are a bunch of sites if you want them? *goes best to convince niah to come back to the writing side of the force*

Thank you for wanting to take the trouble, but my Roomie Turi has already provided me with a couple of links. As soon as I find the time, I will try and catch up with S3.
I know oneshots and drabbles are an option, but the problem is that the only solid idea I have can be nothing else but a multichapter.
Oh, and no need to convince me to come back to the writing side. I still write. Just not Bones fanfiction. Lately, whenever the mood strikes, I play around a bit with what I proudly call "an original storyline" but which is just an excuse for some crappy writing. LOL

Ooh, original fic... That sounds far more highbrow and impressive somehow.

And that is all there is to it. It's just some scribbling, that's all. Loads of people write original fic. It's not like I am hoping to get published someday. It's just some dribbling for my eyes only.
Though I do hope to have it betaed one day. I can't bear the thought of it being full of grammar and spelling mistakes!
So... How are you? I never thought I'd run into you here!
