That is what I am trying to do Poly. And I indulged a bit on Saturday and Sundays; I have to work out on those days too so hopefully those calories are burning off

thats good if you eat extra at least work out so the calories go away

Well chickie is good to keep active at that time too; but not usually on the first couple of days; maybe by the third day you can get back on track
