Isn't it difficult to cut out the things you like the most even though you know they are bad for you??

the more you cut out sugar the less you feel the craving..everything will even out...when you have chocolate...your sugar levels soar..but then crash quickly afterwards...and so you need refill the craving..and so the cycle goes on...

.i dont smoke as much during the day when im working..but usually make up for it later..

lol...she NEVER cut down was the only time she DID it...and babe...? my Mom smoked ALL my life...so did most of my sibs...

It is very difficult to quit; my friends has been smoking since she was young; she is now almost 35 and has even tried hypnotism but nothing has worked. The only time she stopped was when she was pregnant
