I know that motto; just no matter how many times I hear it it SUCKS!!!! I even took a warm shower this morning to easy the pain but no such luck!!!. The fact that I have to keep working out tonight makes me **sigh**

I stretched before and after Poly but I may need to do more; maybe not as good as I wanted to because I had to entertain a 5 year old while doing that. And let’s just say that patience is DEFINITELY NOT one of her virtues Very Happy

Maybe plan on like 3 days a week to start off Turi! If you go every day right off the bat and get all stiff and sore, you'll give up on it.
