Haha. I should be doing work...but I can't be arsed. I ran 10k yesterday afternoon and I'm still recovering somewhat. My poor muscles. And the stupid hot water ran out so I had to wait forever to run the bath with boiling water from the kettle and it was a pitiful excuse for a bath, just enough to save me from horrendous pain today...
