I like P&P better too. As a matter of fact, towards the end of S&S, it felt as if JA had used one or two scenes from P&P and altered them a bit to fit in S&S, e.g. Marianne's illness vs. Jane's illness. Or Willoughby vs. Wickham.

Oohh, a German major! Too bad my German is rusty. I tried to talk a bit of German when I was in Münster 2 weekends ago, but it was soooo difficult! French used to be my favourite foreign language, but I'm afraid English has managed to replace it.
