That's awesome, poly! I mean, the adopting part. I always used to say I was going to adopt since I was adopted. Now, I would like to have one and adopt one. But I don't even know if I can have children either.

I can't believe it's July already...random, I know, but it's just weird. This year is going by so quickly for me and I feel like I haven't done anything.

yea *if* things happen you have to see it as things happen for a reason it will work out in the end

I actually think I was pregnant in March. I had all these weird symptoms and then they went away and I kinda had cramps. I don't know, but it got me thinking about the "what ifs".

Since I am a lot older than you are I can tell you one thing. Life is just too short, it sneaks up on you and one day you realise you are not in your 20s anymore, ...look, I am close to 40 and so on. It is flying by extremely quickly. But before you think I am depressed or something I am to deny it. I was just saying what to expect. So we have to follow our dreams and enjoy life as it is!

Veryveryvery late. At the age of 18 after finishing secondary school. I started as a hobby nothing else. For years I was very bad at it. But I got fortunate and I went to England at the age of 23 to work as an au pair. And I spent 2 years there. I am lucky I had that opportunity, otherwise my English wouldn't be where it's now. I am thankful for life, for the omnipotent and my mother who helped me to grab this opportunity.

So when I first went to England my English was very poor. Really. I could hardly put a sentence together without a great effort. By the time I left England I had my Proficiency exam completed though I didn't know that at that time, only about a month later. So in a nutshell this is the story of my early English studies.

But since I came back I have also learned a lot. At university (though not the language itself, rather about the language), self-studying and through teaching. Now I know about a lot more what's behind a certain grammatical phenomenon when I was living in England. And make less mistakes because I know about the reasons not just the result.
