That's where the expression came from, ""I'd give my left nut" to mean something important.

Any questions left unanswered? I always wondered how difficult to have breasts would be. I asked a friend why she always sat with her knees up and her arms folded around her legs because I just love that pose and she explained it was to take the strain of the weight of her chest off her spine. I felt bad for not thinking of that.
