Anticipation (Rated M) Spoiler

I think everyone knows about Hannah but still wanted to include Spoiler warning.

6 months earlier conveniently in November for ratings Seeley Booth broke up with Hannah Burley.

It wasn't that Hannah was a bad woman. She was a good person, called her mother on Sundays never did anything bad but she just wasn't right for him.

3 months earlier just in time for February sweeps Seeley had taken his partner Temperance Brennan and just kissed her out of the blue. She had returned his kiss and as they pulled apart they looked into each others eyes and knew.

The reason he couldn't commit to Hannah.
The reason she didn't get on Sully's boat.

Nothing was wrong with Hannah or Sully. They just weren't Brennan and Booth.

Neither said the 3 words first they said it at the same moment "I love you"

Although hopping into bed at that moment was very tempting they decided to wait

So Booth whined and dined her. They danced, kissed, went on dates always parting at the door just going maybe a bit farther each time.

Finally they decided it was time. It was May when before in May he had gotten brain surgery, Zach was revealed to be Gormogon's accomplice and one other May she had gone off to Maliku and he had gone to Afghanistan this time they were going to be together in May.

Everyone was reminded Booth had his gun if anyone tried to interriupted them.

Angela and Hodgins conveniently had their beautiful baby a week earlier (somehow these things always happened in Nov, Feb or May and always on Thursday) so that wouldn't interrupt them.

It was time for them to break the laws of physics, become one and all that good stuff.

The day was filled with nervous anticipation. They couldn't concentrate on anything else. Understanding Cam didn't even ask Brennan to file let alone anything really complicated. She spent the day daydreaming of what it would be like when they met that night.

Booth went to the shooting range and hit every target.

Happily nobody died inconveniently for them in a way their services would be needed.

Finally it was time and Brennan showed up at Booths door........
