Yeah that's how it's always been done. USA does that with all of its original series... I guess to keep viewers throughout the year.

I loved the way they set it up, and although I did love last season's finale, I think this one had a hell of a lot more weight to it....it's just opening a whole new can of worms for next year....oh yah and next season, MORE SHIRTLESS JD!!! I'm writing the PTB about it....and more Mike and Fi, nekid.....

Absolutely. And I would definitely sign that petition.

I don't know if you guys have seen this. It's a transcript of a conference call to JD and GA (spoilers for the last two eps - vague spoilers for S4). Do read, it is a riot.

I think my favorite line from this episode was when the cop tells Maddie that Michael tried to kill him, and Maddie said something like "If Michael wanted to kill you, he would have." I was like "Damn straight!! Go Maddie!!" Cool

I totally third that motion.....Maddie was amazing, and I loved that line. Or when the Agent was like, are you going to pay for his mistakes? And Maddie replies, "He paid for mine." GAK, that broke my heart, but I thought it was brilliant! I love what they have done for their relationship this year, it's wonderful.

This show is BRILLIANT!! I love the writing, and I miss this kind of writing on Bones, it's kinda gotten soap operaish lately, and I miss the subtle looks that said more than words could ever....Hello FI and MIKE, they do the same thing. I want MORE!!!
