Korbi on Brennan's Accident and Perotta's Involvement in the Cases

So Brennan will be involved in an accident but Booth won't be there. Then probably this is the episode David will direct. Any thoughts? Also, I would be happy to see some jealousy vibes between Bones and Perotta. Korbi at Zap2It reports.

I'm hearing that early next year, Brennan and Sweets will be run off the road while investigating the death of a young woman who was in possession of a valuable movie prop. And for those hoping that Booth will be the one administering a little TLC to Brennan post-accident, don't hold your breath. It seems that Booth will be mostly MIA in this hour, and Agent Payton Perotta (Marisa Coughlin) will be the one taking his place as Brennan's partner. This has me thinking that Coughlin's sticking around for more than the one ep we were originally told about...

Thoughts? Think there might be a bit of tension/competition for Booth's affection between Perotta and Bones?

even though getting run of the road is a scary thing and not a laughing matter...i kind of wonder if it will be funny because i mean come on Sweets is in the car. I love any scene with JFD in it, he just does Sweets so well and awkwardly.

as for the competition between Perotta and Brennan...I'm not sure. If it is competition it could solely be because she thinks Booth is a better agent or something. You know like Brennan doesn't think Perotta operates to their caliber. Or just solely for competition. But I still don't think Brennan will realize her feelings. If she does compete over Booth, she'll do it only for the competition, but she probably won't equate it to her having unpartnerly feelings for Booth.

• and - my nightmare comming true - a new, even if temporary, partner in person of no less than Agent Blondie...

If this is after Booth's kidnapping...maybe he's having trouble dealing so he's taking a vacation.

I am actually quite pleased she doesn't look like a blond barbie. She would be then too easy to dismiss as a possible love interest.

I think this refers to the "The Princess and the Pear" epi. the article says that the victim is/was in the possession of a movie prop. In the sides for TPatP (*can't resist...urge is stronger*) a sword is referenced...which is the movie prop I guess. That being said I think that would be the 2nd epi for agent Blondie (gotta love that pet name )

I've got one baking in the oven right now!!! And Hey! I only use Warfarin in my cakes to enhance the flavour of the cream and for medicinal purposes and to kill off Brennan's competition...What? No!
