Top 10 Shows You Should Be Watching

Bones
Part crime solving procedural, part romantic comedy/drama, Bones has excelled at redefining whatever genre it is part of and driving fans mad with frustration as they wait for the Brennan and Booth to finally be together. Now 100 episodes old, Bones is not only defined by the relationship between Brennan and Booth (and some of the more disgusting moments in the lab) but also by patchwork quilt of a supporting cast. From bug guy Hodgens to facial reconstruction expert Angela to FBI psychologist Sweets to Jeffersonian boss Cam, the supporting players are as interesting and developed as the two at the top. But, make no Bones about it, the number one reason to watch this show is the interplay between David Boreanaz’s FBI agent and Emily Deschanel’s forensic anthropologist. For as frustrating as their push and pull can be at times, it is part of the charm of Bones. While the show thrives on the push and pull, fans will keep tuning in hoping for even the slightest bit of forward momentum. And when that momentum gets rolling, there really isn’t a show much more engaging than Bones.
All new episodes of Bones air on Thursdays at 8 p.m. (EST) on Fox.
