So at times, trying to get here, can get you more stressed, lol

I did ashtanga yoga for a couple of years, but then my instrictor moved and there isn't another class of that type near me at a good time. It was sooooo good. They have hatha yoga in the college gym which is much more slow moving, but that would probably be good for me. A bit of time off the lab. Because that is all I've thought about of late....
i tried ashtanga yoga and it made me pass out and so the instructor was like "ummm.... maybe you should try something else.." so i did pilates instead!

See rant sent to bess. lol

heehee. Just seen it.

We all want what we can't/don't have. I want curly hair. Mine is straight as a poker. Can't have it. much like snow. I live in Ireland, therefore until global warming makes a serious impact, it'll just be wet.

There's a brilliant pilates class run in college but it's at lunch time and I don't like the long disruption to my day, so I stopped going. It's run by the college physiotherapist and BOY do you feel stretched and toned after her class.

they're really great. She's a super physio too. I've gone to her with ankle problems and she is the best physio I've ever had. I don't know what I'll do when i have left!!

But my sister has beautiful curly hair. Well wavey, with some big, soft ringletty type parts. So pretty.

I'd love curls. I can put them in with an entire can of hairspray and about two hours with the GHD, but that's an awful lot of effort...

screw breaking up the middle of your day i say, if you like the class and your instructor!! i'm still trying to find a class i like that is more dance oriented and working toward flexibility and strength in those weird muscles that you generally don;t need in life but somehow always do in dance.....

Hi deb!

And my hair is totally straight, lifeless, and is so thin and fine, it's ridiculous. It's very static-y, and you really can't do anything with it. So trust me, we are not lucky. What you need is a mix of in between, like my daughter has.

I've tried, but the class is an hour long, so leave lab fifteen mins before, get to gym and change, do class, change after, back to lab, eat some lunch, back to work. It's easily an hour and a half out of the middle of the day. It just breaks it up too much for me. I sort of lose my flow, if that makes sense.
