Aw, squirt, you can't think like that. Sometimes it works...unfortunately not for me, but there are a lot of people who stay together, and are happy. It's like airplane crashes...you don't want to fly because you hear about so many people dying in them, but the successful flights far outweigh the crashes. You gotta be positive.

It may have given her too much security. I can't say. But, the last 15 months of my marriage I slept on the couch. I was not invited to join her during that time. About 2 months prior to her leaving she asked me to get something from her purse and my {stale?} condoms fell out onto the floor. I looked at her and her answer was, "Just in case."

If you want a real good story I'll tell you about the last time 'together" after that - but that story will be for another night. Let's stay happy.

ok, there's a couple things that need to be modified on this new forum...first, i think we can lose the "Re:" line...i'd rather have the author of the post larger so it's easier to find...and WTF is this stupid "several posts have happened and do you want to modify"? lose that! i say what i mean to say the first time, i can wait to see what others have said in the interim

You can get rid of that 'several posts' line...just go into your profile, under preferences and check no.

oh squirt just have to add my 2 cents..marriage can be a wonderful thing if you find the right person..its better to have loved and lost than never loved at all.....
