I loved that line too. I wrote down so many! Other than what hart wrote I'll pick out:

At the beginning when the team finds the victim whose head is missing Cam has a great line. "I have got some brain matters so he had to have a head at some point."

I mean this is great! So Cam-like! Or Bones-like to be exact. But very much into science. Yeah, what would mankind be without logic? LMAO

Booth and Brennan are in the diner and they try to overdo each other saying why they admire (!) each other's expertise. But of course Brennan just has to do it better right? Booth -poor chap- just wants to add another shy remark: "You are a well-adjusted woman" says Booth shyly with a tight smile on his face which anyone would understand as a revelation of his feelings concerning her physical appearance but not Brennan!

"I am a best-selling author, too, with..." she retorts him immediately as if they were in a contest of a kind.

I mean it is hilarious how clueless Brennan is when it comes to Booth. Poor guy. Sometimes I do understand why he doesn't wanna, or morelike doesn't dare to make a move on her.
