I don't know, but if you look at the date on that article, it says 11/7/07... meaning it is3 months old and 3 months ago, we were probably all whining that we had to wait until January for new eps... I think the sched has been updated and this site you found has not updated their info...

Yeah that's from 2007. Originally we were supposed to have Jan eps but now we are starting at the end of April. What was the commerical about?

Beagle, you probably saw an ad for the Bones episodes on TNT. It's going into syndication and airing on Tuesdays at 10. They are not new eps but are 'new' for TNT.

But it had a new scene in it. Bones says 'I'm not going to declare it a murder just so you can-' and then she does the weird expression/dance thing and Booth is looking at her like 'What??'

I'd never seen it before.

Bones told Booth "I'm not going to declare it a murder just so...." in the S1 episode "The Boy in the Tree". Booth needed this declaration of murder about the death of said boy for an official investigation. And it was Brennans call to decide between suicide and murder.
About the dance I don't know, but I saw TBitT just yesterday so I'm sure of the conversation.
