Episode 309-Knight on the Grid-DISCUSSION

Okay this may just be me, but did anyone else notice the blush that came to his cheeks when she kissed him? Maybe I am just looking into things too much. Or when the taxi flipped over and when he came back to, his first word was "Bones"!! God I love that man!! This episode ROCKED!! I loved every minute of it!!

Oh and another quick thought!!! You know how in "Man in the Bear" the guy who ate human flesh got that crazy disease!! I can't remember the name of it, I am thinking that Gormagon, has that instead of Alzheimers!! Anyone with me on that??? Just thinking outside of the box???

In Bear the disease was called Prion Disease
and is caused by being a cannibal but eating
raw flesh. Gormagon and company cook the flesh
first. Prion does cause brain deterioration.

hands down my fave ep so far...hey, did anyone else notice that Booth wasnt wearing a seatbelt in the cab? why didn't he get more injured than he did? but i just LOVED him pulling her out of the cab and her saying 'i'm alright' but he wouldn't let her go until he put her down and looked her over...*sigh* the whole ep was a series of amazing scenes...and i don't know how i'm gonna stand waiting for the next one...every time i look at the 'kiss' pic, i hyperventilate!

Since i put everyone to sleep with my way to long review i only had one more flash of a thought....

How is Gormogon going to savour homo sapiens now that he has no teeth? That sound like a messy business....or will he be using dentures???? How uncoooolll!! ..just something off about a toothless cannibal, don't ya think? LOL

oh and edge thanks for the thoughts on the previous review...glad we shared some school experiences although we are half way across the world apart :-)

Yes, best episode of Season 3 (so far). And one of the best ever!
As for the seat belt, shame on Booth and the producers. Tempe is all buckled in and there is Booth still sitting in his seat like nothing happened after the car flips a few times. Totally unrealisitc. WHY won't he wear a seat belt? Must protect that lovely body of his

So I've heard suggestions that either Zach or Sweets is Gormagon. I like neither. What does everyone else think?

My first thought upon seeing the "killer in the closet" was that it looked like Zach. But I think that making it Zach or Sweets would just be retarded. If it was Zach that would just dramatically alter the show, being one of the main characters and all. And I just don't see Sweets as a killer whatsoever. Not that I can see Zach as a killer either, but he would be smart enough to get away with it!

Yeah I watched the youtube vid again, and it doesn't look like either to me.

So have either of you considered....

I became suspicious of Sweets during the episode and watching the looks that Bren was giving him and him pushing himself into the investigation and Booth making that comment about the phone call.
Or
the writers could want us to suspect Sweets so we will be surprised when its someone else.

Fab, that's possible. I would rather them have us think its Sweets to throw us off the trail, rather than it actually being Sweets.

I hear ya about the looks though. Suspicious.

I just can't figure out why would they add him to the cast just to get rid of him..
wouldn't it be easier to have him guest-star..cheaper anyway...

Sorry to return to this, but I was rewatching last week's ep and I agree that the killer in the closet is the young apprentice... I slo-mo'd it and it's not Zach or Sweets and it would only make sense that Gormagon would send his apprentice to get the victims. And I don't think Gormagon is Sweets or Zach - they both still have their teeth! LOL!
Also, anyone else notice that between the time Booth arrested Russ and then they show up at the hospital, Booth changed clothes?!?
There were a couple of other things I noticed, but now I can't remember them!
