Could the accomplice be Taffet's "ex" husband?

As for Guilty/Not Guilty I'd guess guilty but maybe sent back for a new trial after an appeal - new evidence?, an accomplice?, errors on the prosecution side (ie: handling of evidence). Initially I was thinking hung jury but the clip of the Judge sounds like there is a verdict. Whatever it is something has to happen if this really isn't the end of the GD storyline.

I can't understand why Jared isn't involved. Without him they never would have caught Taffet.

I'm assuming what we see in the majority of the episode is the team finding the clues with the boy's death and her trial. Jared wouldn't have to be there at that point because Brennan and Booth both drop their cases against Diggy to be able to
search for the clues to the boys case.
You might think for moral support for Booth, but then again they have their issues too. We probably are left to think (in between the lines) that he called Booth and he told him it wasn't a big deal for him to come. Just like Brennan tells her dad in one of the clips.
Cannot wait for this episode and the finale..

I watched Hero the other day, and something caught my attention. The judge or whoever he was that told Brennan and the squints they were not allowed to examine Vega's remains or be involved in the gravedigger case. I think he might have something to do with it. Because really, Brennan and her brain trust are THE BEST-if you want this person caught, you should want them involved. And considering it was BOOTH who is FB-freaking I.. It just didn't make sense that he was that adament on them not helping.

It kinda does make sense because at that point both Brennan and Hodgins were suspected of stealing (and destroying) evidence in that case, combine that with the conflict of interest (I can't imagine that a victim would ever be allowed to work on their own case, legally) and I can understand why the judge ordered them to stay away from the GD case.

Oh man! I agree with so much that's said here! No way did she do it alone. We are definitely going to have an accomplice after tonight. Also, NO idea who it will be. But my guess is that there are some interesting turns because of it. I mean....Brennan and Booth both drop their charges? What angle is the Gravedigger working there? Hoping that they won't be able to link her to the "Boy". My guess is that that boy leads us to the accomplice? Who knows. What I do know for sure is that I have bitten all my nails down and cannot wait till tonight.

I doubt if they identify the accomplice if he/she/they are the new nemesis that HH and ED said would start another story arc next season.

Oh I don't think we'll know who it is tonight either. Just counting on one, that's all.
