Of course I admit that. But it should have been anyone but him...he already has enough freaking attention. How many other Canadian players names do you know? Not many, I'll bet. But he'll get all the glory, which is a shame. The team won, not him by himself. And it could just as easily gone the other way...they did not kick our ass like someone wants to claim. (Not you, no worries).

Haha, actually Canada is lucky we won against them in the quarter finals...otherwise Brodeur may not have been benched, and there may have been quite the different result had Brodeur been in net rather than Luongo. Face it, most of the US team faces Brodeur much more than they face Luongo.

Most people here, that I've spoken to are talking about Neidermeyer and Iginla. Crosby getting kudos, but not all of it. I think US would have won if Brodeur was in net. Brodeur has pissed more people off. lol What a great tournament though. It gave me a better understanding about players I may not have noticed if they were playing a regular season match.
