uhm... well... I have been around sometimes, but mostly to just catch up on what's going on.... haven't logged on for a while

life kept me busy and... well, to be honest, I'm so... meh and uninspired recently... at least towards bones. *hangs head*

I'm just peachy...I just got back from a weekend away, and now I'm thinking about going to the bookstore and just walking around. I need something new to read.

well, my big problem is, I don't feel uninspired per se.... but mostly towards bones. I feel bad about it, especially since I left my readers haning, my stories without update.... but I can't FORCE myself to write more... it just doesn't work that way. I still write, but whenever I try to write more about bones I draw a complete blank.

I know the feeling...well, except that I've recently been uninspired to write anything, not just my outstanding Bones fic. Though I know that if I just start writing a sentence or two, I'll probably be able to start again, but...I'm just feeling lazy. lol Right now, I'm just in the mood to read...

flyers.... you might also know that last year was a pretty hard one on me and my family, as we lost a close friend.... and later in the year I went to switzerland for ten days to help out relatives of ours... they already had 3 kids and when kid 4 was born, there were complications. for five days we didn't know if the little guy would make it or not... thankfully he is fine now... actually very big for his age

Aw, sorry about your loss, but glad the baby is fine now.

the baby is superfine now he is a lot bigger than some others his age It was a huge relief when we finally got the info that he would be fine. keeping his three sisters entertained and distracted while mom and dad were often at the hospital was.... well, it was hard. they are great kids, but I'm only godmother to the youngest and they were missing their mother... not much one can do except trying to keep them distracted.

and thank you for the condolences. it was hard when our friend died. he was diagnosed with brain tumor and died 6 weeks later. he didn't even get to meet his first grandkid, it was born two months ago.

at the moment I'm alright wisdom tooth removal and problems with my hands kept me... more or less 'entertained' the past ten weeks, but other than that I'm fine. just - still - very uninspired and meh when it comes to bones. a shame, really *sighs*

on a happier note:
something that keeps me busy, too is.... that fiancé and I bought a piece of property.... we're not going to start building our home that soon, but searching for the right spot took time too

I'm not totally uninspired... I just feel as if I and Bones (the show and therefore also fanfiction related to it) are kind of.... drifting apart. I just... lost the connection, it seems.

I'm so bored. I should get up and go, but I don't feel like it...

I just wanted to tell you all that I'm okay and well... that not spending time on the board was not a conscious decision.... it just happened. I hope to be able to spend more time here from now on. I can't guarantee any updates on my stories and it pains me to leave them like that, but I simply don't feel like I could bring them to a conclusion from today's POV.

We will see, though... sometimes life is full of surprises
