Looks Like Sully won't be back.

Yes it seems our least favorite FBI agent that sailed off into the sunset upon the Temperance will not be coming back. Why? He has gotten a new show on the SciFi channel called Warehouse 13. Of course he does play an FBI agent on this show too. But I don't think its likely Sully will be back anytime soon.

Oh, I don't know...while I don't often watch the Sully epis, the return of a familiar face could be an excellent way to provoke Booth into something...
And we might find out if he was in contact with Brennan or if he truly dropped off the face of the earth as so many fanfics would have it. If the latter, her reactions would be interesting. After all, he left her out of wanderlust and all (compared to her parents, who at least thought they had a good reason for leaving); we don't know how much pressure or encouragement he gave her to come with.

Not that I really want to see him again, but it could provide some closure if they did bring him back for one or two epis.

I'm in the same veing of thought as dawn is, I'm not really wanting Sully back, ever, but it would serve as a catalyst in the B/B relationship if he showed up again looking to rekindle things with Brennan, or if say Tessa came sniffin' around our ol' Boothie Boy, In fact why not both? A nice three epi arc where they both come back and suddenly B&B have to start admitting some heavy truths or otherwise explain why they aren't back with their exes. I kinda like that plotline, there's a fic in there. Mmmm. Smells like a plotbunny to me.

I know that there should be some conflict and I know that Sully was not a bad guy, but I can't bring myself to be sad that he's gone.

I would have liked some closure--if he cared about her as much as he claimed to, would he really have just abandoned her forever? Especially after learning about her childhood and such... I always thought he'd come back eventually...even for just an episode or two. >.<

Naw, I wouldn't want Sully's return to push Booth to do something; it should happen its own time. And just because Booth and Brennan decide not to get back together with their exes doesn't mean they're each others' only options. Brennan was with Sully for what, a month? And Tessa just seemed like a typical ex-girlfriend from a relationship that was fun while it lasted but sadly didn't work out. Sorry, but that's just how I feel xD All a bit too fanfic-ish.
