The one that I keep thinking about is Brennan saying about Sweets' intelligence, "Although it's so misdirected as to be useless."
Then Sweets says, "Wow. Backhand full of knuckles on that one!"

I know poor Sweets And when Booth tells Brennan that shes the only smart person he likes and Sweets is all What about me? and they just walk out the door!

After Bones replies to Booth's talk about people leaving marks on each other, he tells her "You heard me but you just didn't understand me!"
