This, right here? Is why Ausiello and I have a love/hate relationship. Because sometimes he actually does have somewhat decent information, and the other times (like this) he posts for the sheer pleasure of frustrating fans.

Okay, so obviously this is a bit of a play on word meanings. David obviously isn't leaving, so "Yes, he is staying."...and then the other one I'm not entirely sure, because honestly I'm hoping it's something a bit more interesting (but still operable/fixable obviously) condition than a tumor.

I can see you're all sceptical. Well, I can actually think Booth may undergo such a severe illness. Why not? He has already done some hallucinating and will do more. Also, things can be fixed. I'm not really worried whatever is going to happen if it has something to do with illness. But of course, Ausiello is such a teaser. He enjoys driving fans mad. So we shall see...

Sure, she may "be" Bones, so theoretically she should be able to have a show as a solo star (but who'd watch with no B/B??)

But without Booth she's just Brennan, not Bones.
Booth is the one that "created" Bones.

Ausiello isn't nice to answer a double-negative, two-part question so cryptically! He's just stirring us up.
