the commercial for it was a bunch of heads that are supposed to be taste buds, then colorful stuff splashes over them, and it's like some kind of new candy bar.

I think you and I must share a brain!!! I am the same way. I bottle up until I sometimes explode..usually on my mum and aunt. It's not pretty for me either. I also don't like to burden people with any issues or problems. Which is not good either, sometimes talking to others is a good thing.
