TV Guide Behind the Scenes

Hey just wanted to let everyone know that there is a cute little article in this week's TV Guide (Goodbye, Grissom Cover) and in case you can't get to it, here's the article.

Bones -

Rarely do Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) go undercover, but when a case leads them to the circus in Bones' January 15 episode, the duo assume the identities of Buck and Wanda, a knife-throwing act. Booth hurls knives at Brennan and she's strapped to the Wheel of Death. Boreanaz received lessons from Todd Abrams, who goes by the professional name Jack dagger, the King of Fling. "David stuck three knives on his first try," says Abrams. "That's a huge start." But Deschanel was never in danger of being impaled, as the studio refused to let her do the stunt. While Boreanaz believes, "Emily trusts me," he should check with his costar. "I was never asked if I wanted knives thrown at me," she jokes, "but do you think I would trust David Boreanaz to throw knives at me?!" - William Keck

There are also a few pictures including one that is a closeup of Emily in full get up and David in the background with the moustache. It has a little caption that says:
The eye patch was incorporated into Deschanel's costume to cover up an injury she sustained just before shooting. "I hit my eye," she explains. No worries, adds Boreanaz, "she still looks beautiful."

Aww, haha and i would have to agree with Emily on this one...David with knives....no thanks wana keep it to just one eye being hurt...not the other to match or any other body parts..

She "hit her eye"? Ouch. I wonder what she hit it with?

She had to have something funny to wear though--to compete with David's absurdly huge and fluffy fur coat, and not to mention that awesome mustache. XD
