Why would Brennan and Hodgins be suspected? Aren't they the ones who want to catch the Gravedigger?

Ah yes...But Hodgins dumped his conspiracy theories in favour of hating everyone...The hate could be getting old now (since he loves everyone really!) so he needs something to get his teeth into. What could be more entertaining than stealing evidence that could help to catch the Dastardly Diggy?? (and that car bumper sticker was found in Hodgins leg...technically it's practically his?) But in whizzing the evidence (as well as making the people in charge of the case go "Grrrrr!") Diggy gets mad and whizzes Booth (which makes Brennan go "Grrrr!" at Hodgins.)

But, why would he need to steal the evidence? Isn't the team "on the case"? And if the team is "on the case" wouldn't Hodgins and Brennan be on the team? They wouldn't need to steal the evidnce!

ooooh i got it... maybe they keep evidence from the fbi, since they want to investigate on their own!! maybe they have to work with some arrogant dumb-ass booth substitute that they hate and so they decide not to share everything with him!?? and ask jared for help instead, as we already know...

Them not sharing everything with the substitute Booth dumb-ass sounds more likely then them stealing evidence.

If you read the Judge Williams sides both Hodgins and Brennan (and Thomas Vega) get hauled up in front of the Judge because FBI evidence appertaining to the Gravedigger case has gone missing (has been taken.) Hodgins, we are told, is obsessed by the case. The Judge wants the evidence given back.
In the revised Thomas Vega side (the one where Kurland has been killed off) Hogins thinks that Kurland "barely conducted an investigation."
The Judge suspects all three of taking the evidence as all 3 have access/contact with the FBI. Vega was/is writing a book on Diggy and both Brennan and Hodgins were victims of Diggy's kidnapping/attempted murder. Given that Hodgins was "obsessed" and was annoyed that the investigation was getting nowhere fast it seems likely that he's the one that took it.
Also, in the Teddy Parker sides, Brennan confronts Hodgins and says that his obsession with the case and his mistrust of the investigation being conducted is to blame for Booth being taken. She asks Hodgins to get her the evidence...meaning that she believes he has taken it as well! (and he probably gets it for her giving us that lovely promo pic with Hodgins showing Brennan the object in the glass phial.)

But if Mr HH does not make this season...(what was it he said about S3?)..."Land elegantly" (and by "landing elegantly" here I'm talking about Seeley Booth's elegant lips landing ever so elegantly on Temperance Brennan's...) I'm comin' on over to see him and shove him off a very high building and see if he lands elegantly from that! (and usually I have such a sweet and mild temperament! )

Aw...I'm sure we won't be disappointed! I have faith in Hart! XD
