I prefer the Canadiens over the Laffs(Leafs) but my team is the Canucks, I'm BC born and bred and they have always been my team!!! Even though they ain't gonna do shit this year, I'll still cry over them!!

On a side note, I don't know if any of you also visit the tv.com forum, but I can't believe the negativity about this ep over there! So many people are complaining about the show going downhill and "jumping the shark." It boggles my mind!

Ditto! I really enjoyed this episode, had me laughing all the way through (which was impressive because I was in a horrendously bad mood that day).

And yeah, I saw that there were a heap of negative reviews and stuff over there, but then again if you look at the viewer ratings it did fine. It seems like every person who gave it a low rating also did a review, whereas most who rated the episode well did not. And I also noticed that often it's the same people who give bad reviews I disagree with.

Actually, I think those people have forgotten what the show is, and who the characters are. The only thing that niggled me a little in this episode was the lack of Hodgela anything (but then again if they did try to put that in then perhaps the episode would be too full and too busy and lose out on other things). But I didn't think anyone was behaving out of character at all.

Also to show how much those people don't pay any attention to this show they 'apparently' know so much about, for Yanks in the UK a heap of people were complaining about how they kept talking about personal stuff at work. Um, they do that in pretty much every episode in the first few seasons... Especially Angela! Remember the season 1 episode where B&B went to Washington state where that guy got eaten by a bear and Angela was trying to flirt with the sheriff over the video link? And Brennan is her best friend, of course she's going to update her on her pre-marital issues!

Ok, end rant. Sorry! haha, but yes, I very much enjoyed this episode.

I read somewhere that this episode was meant for last season, so it might sound a little out of sorts. Next episode, I'm sure they'll update us on the Hodgela situation.

Oh you mean in the same kind of way that Player Under Pressure was meant for season 2? Though they moved that because of the Virginia Tech shootings, why would they move an episode from an already short season due to the strike?

I already find it weird enough that they're putting the first four eps of season 4 onto the Season 3 DVD. I wonder if they'll put those eps on the Season 4 DVD as well?

I think they did that so you get your money's worth since there was a short season, not to mention they would have to make even more room on the DVD if they put it into this season's DVDs (which we assume it will be a full season...)

"Outhouse" and "Finger" were written for Season 3, but were filmed post-strike to be used Season 4 since we ran out of time last season. "Wannabe" would have been the finale if the strike hadn't be resolved before the season ended. "Verdict" and "Pain" were also shot post-strike.

yea, pretty much.
But last time i checked we beat them in playoffs last year
...only to lose to the penguins

Hey, I grew up HATING them, but now, I cheer for ANY Canadian team when it comes to the playoffs, well except for the Laffs, just 'cause they suck butt, but any other team, I'll cheer for them, plus my hubby has always been a Habs fan!!

I actually just watched this epi today, and then watched the finger in the nest right after it and i gotta say: I LOVED IT! if there was a better word i could use instead of loved, that would be it! All i can say is: Booth and Brennan are BACK!

Plus the ending was just so cutteeee <3
