Hi Spoon and Audrey - I was a bad boy (read: stupid) and stayed up all night for no particular reason. Now, I've just finished a 3 hour nap. My arms are numb . . Is that a bad thing?

Good morning to you, since here it's afternoon as you know. karlia and others know what I had to go through, they even gave me some advice what to do. It was a good decision I made. I am glad.
