I live in the town centre, just a few minutes from the big supermarket. These days there are lots of road works so people always have to get pass holes and all. As I was coming back from the shops this morning heavily loaded with food and all suddenly I read a sign (in Hungarian of course): RADIATION HAZARD.

At first I thought this was a joke, but no. Still, people were just passing the sign seemingly without any second thoughts. I immediately thought of John DeLillo's White Noise and I nearly started laughing. It was so bizarre seeing this sign where people were walking leisurely!!!!
