More important with someone to share the experience in my opinion. When I'm this tired all I think about is where is "she?"

you can always try sleeping pills they will at least let you get some sleep and a well rested brain is a happpier brain and a well rested body is a healthier body
Why would I want that? I'm ready to cash in my chips. Not looking to stay around. The thrill is gone. Just going through the motions.

thats no good but doctors are doing several of those a day so it should not be too diffacult and his chances should be good

I'm not stressing over it . Aalways better to catch it before the heart attack.
