Jimmy Fallon is hosting the Emmy ceremony this year, and he's offering a chance for people to tweet their introductions of the presenters.

This explains it better ... basically you pick a presenter, and do a tweet that you'd use to introduce them, and they'll pick a few to use on the broadcast Sunday. Kinda cool.
