Here are the rules:

harhar and I came up with a challenge......
A prize will be awarded and mailed to the winner.....

Note: The fic should start after the indiscretion in the SUV.

your fic must include:
1. You are the defense attorney
2. Bones is your client
3. Booth is on the stand testifing for the prosecution and he's mad as hell...he was subpoenaed under protest and is deemed a hostle witness....
4. Bones is accused of causing Booth to wreck the SUV during a very heated moment of being distracted *wink* Yes Booth lovers...a blowjob...and only Bones was charged with the act.
5. You must find Bones innocent.
6. Litigation and Booth must be used in the same sentence once.
7. It does not have to be smut...it could be fluff...but most important...it must be funny....just seeing Booth trying to dodge the truth and keep Bones out of jail....come on guys that's hysterical....
3. Time limit: 1 month (wanted to include time for school/work)
